摘要：

In order to implement the national energy generation dispatching policies and to ensure power grid work safely and stably, it is urgent to build a highly efficient and scientific technical support system for energy saving generation dispatching. In this paper, a new technical support system that based on the operation mode for energy-saving generation dispatch is analyzed and developed. The general principles of the system, architecture and critical content are analyzed specifically. It provides a scientific and efficient technical support for dispatch operation of the Gird.
