摘要
In order to evaluate the effect of Trichoderma harzianum (Rifai) on growth of tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum) plants under greenhouse conditions, T. harzianum was applied at the seedbed (T1), transplanting (T2), 15 days after transplanting (T3), the seedbed + transplant (T4) and in the seedbed transplant + 15 days after transplanting (T5) and without application (m), under a completely random design. Although no significant differences were detected for T1, plants showed better development of both aerial part and roots. With T2 and T3, root density increased in a significant way and T4 and T5 there were no show positive effect on plant growth. With T. harzianum application, growth and development of tomato was improved and its application in seedbed and 15 days after sowing is recommend.
