Predicting proton-nucleus total reaction cross sections up to 300 MeV using a simple functional form

摘要
Total reaction cross sections are predicted for proton scattering from various nuclei. A simple functional form has been used that reproduces them for the scattering from (15) nuclei spanning the mass range from Be-9 to U-238 and for proton energies 10-300 MeV.
