摘要：

Taking SMEs in TFT-LCD industry, sited in Fujian and Taiwan, as the example, this paper discussed the present situation of the optoelectronics SMEs' connecting in the Straits Economy Zone. The five major issues in the optoelectronics SMEs' connecting in the Straits Economy Zone is analyzed. Then a general idea is given on the optoelectronics SMEs' connecting in the Straits Economic Zone, involving objectives and focus, the region and layout, methods and means, and the mechanism. Finally, the strategy on the realization of optoelectronics SMEs' connecting in the Straits Economy Zone is duscussed.
