Difference Analysis on Cultivating Mode of Hotel Management Majors in Chinese and Foreign Universities

The rapid development of hospitality industry and the establishment of various boutique hotels require more professional hotel management majors than before. Therefore, the cultivating modes of hotel management majors in universities become particularly important. The rationality and scientificity of cultivating mode determines the graduates' specialty ability. And it determines whether the graduates may meet the demands of hospitality industry development. Based on understanding cultivating modes of hotel management majors in four universities at home and abroad, this article analyzes the difference between Chinese and foreign cultivating modes. This may be helpful for exploring proper cultivating mode in universities which is suitable for hospitality industry.
