摘要
The maintenance factors do not have a right distinction, and there are considered as a secondary margin, we only pretend to perform it with the lower repairs and maintenance cost, but we do not study the way of optimize it, so that it can intervene in the attainment of our final product, we only give priority to the innovation or the engineering, that obviously are important factors but not the only ones. Nowadays, in the modern firm (service or manufacture ones) it exists a strong preoccupation for the approval and attainment of the quality certificate that we make according to the actual legislation (ISO 9001, 14001, 18001, and other..). The right performance of all of them are based on several methods where they show the process that we should do with their corresponding control sheets and their registry, where it reflects how we had developed all the process and it can also let us follow their broad outlines. In this article, we present a different point of view, irrespective of the quality certificate that we can have already developed or not, that makes us enforce the upgrade systems.
