There is a dearth of system research in the views of northwest construction industry long-term development situation and short-term undulation and its origin though there is a great deal of research about construction economy. Basing on the econometrics theory, such as the causality theory, autoregressive distributed lag model and error correction model, it sets up trend and control model of Northwest construction, reveal inherent law of Northwest construction development and the systematic function relation among this macroeconomics factors, having positive meanings in the problem settlement of the Northwest construction development.
