摘要
In this paper, chromatic dispersion penalties of 2.5 Gb/s optical CDMA signals using prime sequence codes for optical access network within the distance of several tens km over single-mode fiber is investigated With a system model, chromatic dispersion penalty, waveforms and eye diagrams of decoded signals are shown as results. Furthermore, results indicate dispersion penalties of coded signals, when chirp parameter has positive or negative values and the number of prime sequence codes increase, on propagation. This approach is particularly suitable for designing distance of asynchronous optical CDMA with pseudo-orthogonality.
