Study on actual water resources carrying capacity in Hebei province

摘要
Using the system optimizing method, we established the model for calculating WRCC. The model is for the maximum population in certain living standards under water resources support. The results of the computing results indicate that the actual WRCC of Hebei province is very fragile, and only based on the level of food and clothing it will not be overloaded, and for the well-off standard, overloading rate is 48%; for the affluent standards, is 400%.
