摘要
In this paper, we propose a new indoor localization system based on a spherical directional array (SAA). The SAA consists of 16 directional antennas. It can reflect the electromagnetic wave propagation characteristics in three-dimensional space. The SAA receives data in 16 dimensions. The increase in the number of dimensions itself can improve the positioning accuracy. Besides, considering the electromagnetic wave incident angle of each antenna is different, we propose an improved KNN algorithm to further improve the positioning accuracy. Experiments were conducted in the laboratory. The results prove that the system we proposed outperforms other positioning methods.
