Determination of carbendazim and thiabendazole in environmental water by solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography

摘要
A reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method for the separation and determination of trace concentrations of carbendazim, ( MBC) and thiabendazole ( TBZ) in water was introduced. Water was subjected to solid-phase extraction ( SPE) using C-18 cartridge. The analytical column of HPLC was Hypersil ODS with a mobile phase of methanol-water (50:50, VIV) at a flow rate of 0. 7 mUmin, temperature of column at 55 degrees C and wavelength at 286 nm. The method is simple, rapid, accurate, and precise. It has satisfactory repeatability and recovery. Limit of detection is about 0. 05 mg/L.
