摘要：
A machine designed for testing plane-stressed sheer-and rod-like specimens for fatigue under two-frequency loading conditions is described. The test specimen can be loaded independently in two (or more) axial directions, with continuous monitoring of the stress-strain state of the material during the course of testing. The performance of the testing machine is demonstrated by an example.
