摘要：
For a monopolist who price-discriminates between two markets, how does the imposition or lowering of a binding price-ceiling in one market affect the price in the other unregulated market? Our analysis reveals that the imposition or lowering of the price-ceiling may actually lower the price in the unregulated market. (c) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
