摘要
This paper analyzes the content and the impact factors of the incremental cost of green building in the whole life cycle, constructs the idea of incremental cost, and proposes using the BP neural network method to determine the cost data of benchmark construction project. In the analysis of the green building life cycle cost, using the building information model (BIM) to deal with cost control and cost data in the process. When comparing the green building to the standard building, the data lack authenticity. It provides some guidance for real, objective and accurate calculation of incremental cost of green building in the whole life cycle.
