摘要
In the context of heterogeneous networks, like clusters of workstations, the design of programming and execution environments aims to adapt automatically execution to fluctuations that may appear in the execution of Java distributed and parallel applications. ADAJ, our proposal of a development and execution environment for Java applications, addresses this aim through conceptual tools expressing parallelism, at the development level, and through a dynamic load balancing mechanism, at the execution level. The last one is based on dynamic observation of the application, in Order to consider both object activity and communication links. Communications define attraction relations between objects and this article presents a type of asynchronous applications for which the communication aspect is important.
