Correlated photons in quantum dot-cavity quantum electrodynamics: beyond the single cavity

摘要
We show that the use of a coupled cavity or a bimodal cavity can improve single photon generation significantly relative to a single quantum dot strongly coupled to a cavity. (C) 2012 Optical Society of America
