摘要
This study was conducted with 16 bread wheat varieties to determine yield and some quality traits under rainfed conditions in 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 as a randomized complete block design with two replications. Yield, thousand kernel weight, protein content, grain hardness, Zeleny sedimentation, mixograph parameters (development time, peak height, softening degree, total area) and alveograph energy value of bread wheat varieties were examined. According to the twoyear average results, the minimum and maximum values of the examined traits; yield 299.38-519.73 kg da(-1), thousand kernel weight 29.70-37.30 g, protein content 13.21-15.99%, grain hardness 41.29-72.10, Zeleny sedimentation 29.00-52.75 ml, alveograph energy value 114.27-277.49 10-4 J, mixograph development time 1.65-4.82 min., peak height 46.38-61.89%, softening degree 10.01-34.19%/min. and total area 284-356% torq x min were determined as. Differences between varieties grown in rainfed conditions were evaluated statistically. The 2010-2011 growing season was determined to be better than 2009-2010 in terms of the quality traits examined. The highest alveograph energy value was obtained from Tosunbey and Karahan-99 cultivars.
