摘要：

This paper put forward an open innovation mode based on cooperative innovation after an analysis of three mode about independent innovation. This mode is beneficial to integrate the innovation resource, shorten the innovation cycle and share the innovation cost and risk. Which will promote the development of technology innovation of enterprise in Jilin province.
