摘要
During the last century the world experienced many changes and developments, which contributed to the sprout of technological expansion. It would not be perverse to assert that the reflections and the impacts of such expansion are evident in every aspect of life and are influencing especially the production tools and the New Economy. These changes sprouting all over the World and being based on information and communication technologies have without doubt started to effect academic institutions and the concept of education. In order to design and conduct a sustainable and student oriented education one has to apply ICT's on the class design. The new generation is called the "digital natives" and they are the ones who are very accustomed with new technologies. That is what makes the innovative and sustainable education design an essential part of the new educational system. The concept called "innovation" has taken off to be heard and applied across every aspect of daily life, and is seen in literature under the headline of "innovation in education". Deriving from the basis of the philosophy on innovation in education, with an objective to reach the students from the digital age, a class with content compatible with web 2.0 technologies was decided to be created and developed. In this pronouncement, the data obtained from the classes attending Yeditepe University, Social Sciences Institute, Integrated Marketing Communications MBA Program will be shared, commented and the limitations will be further highlighted.
