摘要
This paper aims to analyze correctly the influence of management styles on the performance levels in modern organizations. We may say that since ancient time's people have continuously strived to improve their communication with the others. This paper presents a study regarding these aspects, highlighted through the most modern managerial view-points. The modern concepts promoted in this paper are strictly related to quality strategies and the way they are found in universities - as high education institutions, which base their activity on knowledge. Managerially speaking, the rules of behavior may transform a person into a loner or into a leader. From the position of managers, we have to be careful about the way in which we communicate and coordinate the activity in order to ensure an efficient management system within the organization, and we have to handle the resources of the organization without failing to obtain the employees' acceptance. This study shows the main management styles and the way in which we can interact according to the identified temperament. so that we can eliminate all barriers in our communication. The management style represents the totality of the managerial actions and behaviors initiated with the purpose of coordinating the activity of the team. The manager has to succeed to impose his points of view so that all the members of the team can act in the indicated direction and modify, their actions accordingly. These aspects are highlighted in this paper, following the ways to succeed according to the management style chosen. Management styles which influence the performance level in an organization are extremely important and they lead to positive results which can reach excellencies in business, aspects which may be encountered in Romanian universities. This papers presents original aspects leading to the conclusion that a manager has to make continuous efforts for the team members to accept and treat one another as they would like to be treated, understanding that they can improve the level of their performance and win greater rewards by not-king together. The aforementioned aspects function in certain universities and will be promoted in Romanian universities with a view to improve academic performance.
