摘要：
Oregon Governor John Kitzhaber has been instrumental in developing a blueprint for universal access to basic and affordable health coverage. The Oregon Health Plan is a bipartisan plan, created by the people of Oregon through community, business, labor, and government participation. In this interview, Gov. Kitzhaber discusses the challenges and opportunities facing patients and providers in the U.S. health care system.
