Through the impact analysis of foreign professional associations in construction on the knowledge system of specialty of engineering management in institutions of higher education, we can see that the construction on knowledge system of specialty of engineering management should be constructed based on the professional requirements and competencies. In view of this, this paper will surround requirements and competencies for professional talents in engineering management to present modules of the knowledge system of specialty of our engineering management including core units and optional units based on this experience, which will not only improve the knowledge system of specialty of our engineering management further but also give the guideline to construction on the corresponding curriculum system in specialty of our engineering management.
