In order to enable students to master a relatively complete system of optoelectronics technology disciplines in the limited hours, and to adapt to the demands for reform to foster an innovation and talent,teaching reform for the construction of optoelectronics teaching laboratory were performed.Co-integrations with experiments teaching and scientific research in the thinking modes, content and methods were introduced to promote improvement of the knowledge structure, comprehensive practical ability and creative spirit of students. The practice proved that co-integrating mode of experiments teaching and scientific research was the development direction for modern optoelectronics teaching laboratory.
