摘要：
Industrial cluster innovation mechanisms can be classified into global external value chain mechanism, internal relationship mechanism and modular organization mechanism. The function of innovation cluster is to realize inter-organization innovation coordination, resources integrity and collective learning in innovation activities. Cooperation in innovation of cluster firms can improve innovation efficiency and save transaction cost.
