摘要
In this study, the effects of Fe application on Cu and Mn contents of soil, leaves and grain of peanut were investigated. This experiment was established in 2006 and 2007, four different doses of iron (0, 10, 20 and 40 kg ha(-1)) were applied to soil. Foliar applications of iron at the doses of 0, 1, 2 and 3 kg ha(-1) were applied following the flowering period of twenty days. The copper contents of soil samples collected in 2006 ranged from 0.60 to 1.66 mg kg(-1) and those of samples collected in 2007 from 0.96 to 1.46 mg kg(-1). The copper contents of the majority soil samples collected in 2006 and 2007 were above the critical level which is 1.00 mg kg(-1). The copper content of leaf samples in 2006 ranged from 2.00 to 8.00 mg kg(-1) and in 2007 from 2.10 to 4.40 mg kg(-1). The copper contents of grain samples in 2006 were between 7.00 and 15.00 mg kg(-1) and in 2007 were high and ranged between 12.65 and 60.68 mg kg(-1). There is negative correlation between Fe application trial and Cu contents of plants (leaf and grain samples) collected in 2006 and 2007. Correlation between Fe application trial and Cu contents of leaf and grain samples were significant at the 0.05 level.
