摘要：

This paper, based on the topic about restrict competition from the Insurance Industry, analyses several aspects including the relationship between Insurance industry self-regulation and Antimonopoly Law, the role of Insurance Trade Association, the Problems of Insurance Industry self-regulation, etc. Finally, conclusions and some other suggestions for future work about this paper were given.
