Lean at Magnivision - Improvements made by the Clearly Lean team

Magnivision, an American Greetings Company, is located in Miramar, Florida. We mass produce over the counter Reading Glasses, which are distributed through retail outlets. Innovative thinking helped the "Clearly Lean" team develop a method change which created a more efficient work flow, reduced manufacturing costs, simplified scheduling and improved customer service. Clearly Lean worked together to convert the assembly operation from a large batch order system to a continuous flow system, using many lean tools.
