摘要：
The article describes an approach to the sustainable development of the Arctic regions based on the economic theory of socio-ecological and economic homeostasis, taking into account ESG factors. The use of responsible investment tools in conjunction with the ISG strategy will allow us to harmonize the national and regional problems of effective and sustainable development of the territory and the population of the Arctic regions.
