Research on the Mechanism of Emergency Management in Colleges and Universities: Case Study on the Hebei Province

In this paper, we conduct research on the mechanism of the emergency management in the colleges and universities with case study on the Hebei province. Institutions of higher learning in the stable and healthy development are the inevitable requirement of the building a harmonious socialist society. In recent years, with the deepening of the reform and opening up in China and the education reform gradually thorough, such as the college entrance examination enrollment expansion of higher schools emergencies occur frequently, so further analysis of the cause of the incident in colleges and universities will be a major practical problem faced by the colleges and universities. This article mainly from internal and external, college students themselves and the family education universities in four aspects analyzes the cause of the incident, to emergency measures to provide the reference for the study of colleges and universities which is novel and innovative.
