11(S),16(R)-dihydroxy-octadeca-9Z,17-dien-12,14-diyn-1-yl acetate and a new coumarin, columbianetin propionate, were isolated from the dichloromethane extract of the roots of Angelica pubescens f. biserrta, along with falcarindiol and bisabolangelone.
