摘要：
The quality management information system of Beijing Switch-gear Factory is a multi-client and human-computer conversation system, which is developed based on Microsoft Access 97 as a database and Visual Basic 5.0 as a developing pad under Windows 98 environment. In brief, this paper introduces the system targets, the system functions, the system structure and the environment supports, etc.
