摘要：

Importance of intellectual work, professionalism and background is still relevant in our society. Economical and industrial changes in Lithuania have increased demand on civil engineers. More full-time students are trying to combine studies with professional work. This fact has direct influence on study process. The number of graduates in Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, KTU has reached critical level - 50 % of the number of students studying in the first course. Master students, who have reached the final course, are successfully defending their theses. It's not beneficial to facilitate study process while solving existing problems, as graduates should be competitive in local and word market.
