We treated 75 patients with intersphinteric and transsphinteric anal fistulae with fibrin glue -antibiotic complex. Only a criptoglandular cause of fistulae was investigated. After 24-36. months of follow-up, 23% recurrences had been registrated among intersphincteric and 26% among trans sphincteric fistulae without any complications. We concluded that a fibrin glue-antibiotic complex is a good option in the treatment of anal fistulae, it is harmless and repeatable procedure, and gives satisfactory-results particularly with a complex anal fistulae.
