A Research on the Competency of Science and Technology Personnel of Enterprises in the Context of Big Data

Based on the background of big data, this paper constructs a competency model about scientific and technical personnel. Combining with the science and technology personnel ability structure, we analysis the effect of big data environment on nine factors, which including information identification, information gathering, innovation ability, learning ability, market orientation, professional sensitivity, strain capacity, team cooperation ability and relationship management. And we provide some relevant advises accordingly for human resources management.
