Cluster-model calculation of hyperfine parameters for the ⟨100⟩-split [B-N]+ interstitial in diamond

摘要
We calculated B-11 and N-14 hyperfine parameters for the [100]-split [B-N](+) interstitial in diamond using the density-functional theory with a gradient-corrected local-spin-density approximation. The calculated results are in good agreement with the results estimated from the ESR signals observed in electron-irradiated boron-doped diamond. [S0163-1829(98)09939-1].
