摘要
An open source MATLAB tool implementing the standard Partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) method as well as its recent developments, known as multiclass PLS-DA in hard and soft versions, is presented. The main functionality of the tool and usage scenarios are described using a real-world example. A brief introduction to the underlying implemented methods and algorithms is provided.
