摘要：
The article aims to apply and validate the pre-disaster management method based on risk management process in the Brazilian relief supply chain. This is about defining the different disasters and then extracting the critical ones based on criticality as an indicator of evaluation. This study shows effectiveness within the limit of supporting decision making in disaster situations in the Brazilian contexts by giving the best solution for mitigation and preparedness.
