THE APPLICATION OF FREQUENCY CONVERSION TECHNOLOGY IN URBAN METRO TRANSIT INTEGRATED SUPERVISORY CONTROL SYSTEM

摘要
Frequency conversion as one of the core technologies in motor drive system, it is an important factor that affects the performance of velocity modulation and consumption of energy. The present study put forward a new method for application of frequency conversion technology in urban metro transit integrated supervisory control system,. based on optimal control theory. The proposed method can be described as follows. First, according to the hardware solution of EMCS+FAS+SCADE control system, the software platform and reference architecture were designed by using Siemens' industry network. Second, because most of the consumed energy was due to motor driving, it is so important to design and develop the VVVF converter based on IPM, which can be used to automatically control motor speed in the system of UMT. Third, this paper describes the performance targets and optimal control algorithm of tunnel fan access system. Applying the proposed technology to a frequency conversion system, rotation speed of tunnel fan can be adjusted with VVVF converter. This research has a broad application value, especially in monitoring and control of urban metro transit system.
