摘要
Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring /AMBP/ is very important method of evaluation of cardiovascular risk for hypertensive patients. In this study evaluation of cardiovascular risk was performed on base nocturnal fall of blood pressure /dipping status/, circadial rhythm, individual systolic blood pressure /SBP/, diastolic blood pressure /DBP/, pulse pressure /PP/ and increase of blood pressure levels in the morning >= 140/90 mmHg This study was conducted 48 hypertensive patients, 15 men and 33 women. They were divided in two groups. The first group was made of patients before 60 years and the second group the patients less than 60 years. Men over 60 years had the all blood pressure levels /BP/ and PP higher than women over 60 years. Average PP for women was lower than the PP for men over 60 years and it was 52,4 mmHg. Only men over 60 years had the higher BP levels in the morning over than those given. 16 patient /33 %/ who didn't have any of BP levels irregularity BP levels was less than 130/80 mmHg and their cardiovascular risk minimal. 14 patients /29 %/ had the diminished nocturnal fall of blood pressure <10 % for SBP. 8 patients /16,6 %/ had all BP irregularity with shows us that the cardiovascular risk of these patients is high. Every parameter and they all together suggesting that AMBP gives the best prediction of risk for cardiovascular disease.
