摘要
Transferring knowledge globally is thought to lead to competitive advantage of multinational companies. However, it is not easy to transfer knowledge from the parent company to overseas subsidiaries. In previous research, "social relationship" is considered to be important for facilitating the transfer of knowledge from the parent company to overseas subsidiaries. In this research, it is not an approach between organizations such as how to construct social relationships between parent companies and overseas subsidiaries, but if they have special conditions that are overseas subsidiaries, it is easy to transfer knowledge from parent company to overseas subsidiary. This result provides useful suggestions for multinational companies to select effective destinations.
