摘要
TRIZ - "teoriya resheniya izobretatelskikh zadach" (Russian abbreviation) - the theory of inventive problem solving - is a powerful creativity technique, which was originally applied as an engineering tool, but now is being extended to other areas as management and business. This paper shows how to apply the TRIZ tool - 40 Inventive Principles - to project management.
