摘要
The use of ICT's as teaching-learning means, in a systemic and systematic way, was the proposal for a deeper understanding and apprehension of the contents of the Political Economy subject, as well as reflection, internalization and consolidation of knowledge, skills and values in order to promote the autonomous learning of future engineers and their active participation in the transformation of society. Given the rapid technological advances in information and communications, the objective of the work is to analyze some considerations on the use of ICT's as a teaching-learning means. Empirical methods were used; interviews, pedagogical observation and analysis of documents that expressed the results of the methodological work and the real state of the object was verified. As theoretical methods, the analytical -synthetic allowed the determination of the didactic foundations in the use of ICT's as a teaching means; the functional structural systemic approach aided to reveal the real state of the links, relationships and interdependencies between the teaching-learning means used in the subject of Political Economy. The use of the aforesaid technology is essential in the teaching-learning process of the Political Economy subject.
