Chemisorption on a quantum dot

摘要
The quantum kinetic equations for a "quantum dot-adatom" system are derived. It is demonstrated that the inclusion of the interaction between a quantum dot and an adatom leads to an increase in the quantum dot radius. The perturbations of the electron density of the quantum dot and the adatom upon chemisorption are calculated.
