摘要：

Christian religious education contributes to the formation of disciples in faith communities who are also citizens of public life. The basic episte-mological impetus of Christian religious education originates in revelatory encounters with God, and is concerned with growth in the vision of the living God that leads to spiritual, moral, and social transformation.
