摘要：

There are no corresponding stipulations for "2/3 Bill of Lading" clause of Letter of Credit in UCP500 (Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, 1993 Revision, International Chamber of Commerce Publication No. 500). In fact, this kind of Letter of Credit with "2/3 Bill of Lading" is riskful. This paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages that Bill of Lading is mailed to the applicant directly particularly. At last, it concludes several notices according to these actual foreign trade problems.
