Analysis of the Value of Inventory Coordination of Short-life-cycle Products Based on Cluster Supply Chain

The across-chain inventory coordination in cluster supply chains which can improve the flexibility and agility of single supply chain is emergency inventory transshipment with time-based competition. On the basis of traditional storage model, a new model of inventory coordination value analysis between the supply chains of short-life-cycle products is established. The new model can advise a retailer whether or not to replenish the inventory for another retailer in the two supply chains by analyzing the total costs. This gives us a new ideal to reduce the increasing costs caused by physical deterioration and invisible degeneration of the short-life-cycle products.
