摘要：

Since the 21th century, domestic scholars have conducted fruitful researchs on the value orientation of Chinese government performance evaluation.However, the study is still in the primary stage, there is a long way to the establishment of government performance evaluation system of scientification and standardization. First,most of the research on this issue analyze the condition theoretieally and briefly, but not thoroughly, concretely and practieally.Second, There is short of studies on classification of value orientation of Chinese government performance evaluation.Third, research method is too single and rigid.
