摘要
Poor wind conditions have tremendous impact on traffic safety, not only undermine the line devices leading to traffic gridlock but even cause casualties. The system, called the System of Monitoring and Early-Warning of Gale in Driving Control is designed to prevent the occurrence of such a situation, steering traffic in a timely manner based on real-time and forecasting wind speeds. It is followed some important principles for establishment. It is constructed by C/S (Client/Server) and B/S (Brower/Server) mixed structure, namely desktop client and Web design-side, making full use of the fast response of C/S mode and the advantage B/S mode can be operated anywhere. The two share the same database, ensuring unique and correctness of the data and synchronization and timely transmission of system message in different modes. Both of them have three main modules: prediction and early warning module, data collection and query module, and user management module.
