摘要
Chiral random matrix theory has recently been shown to provide a tool useful for both modeling chiral symmetry restoration in QCD and for providing analytic descriptions of the microscopic spectral content of lattice gauge simulations. The basic ideas of chiral random matrix theory and some recent results will be discussed.
