However, treatment options should be discussed in detail with patients in this group, which are already old and getting older. Therefore, elderly patients can be considered as the group that should be given the most information about the side effects of treatments. It is very important to properly evaluate the current state of the patient prior to treatment and inform them well to ensure that they have more rational expectations.
